Highly serviceable as the cornerstone to an affordable home theater speaker system, AudioSource's 2-way LS300-C center-channel speaker uses a pair of 4-inch midrange drivers to deliver voices and other center-channel sound as clearly and naturally as possible. The LS300-C can also fill out your existing stereo speaker system if you're taking a first step toward home-theater surround sound by adding a center to your existing left/right set rather than building a system from scratch.

The LS300-C is fully video shielded for use in audio/video applications. This lets you place the speaker on or near your television or computer monitor with no adverse effects on picture quality from the speaker's magnets. Its durable, injection-molded enclosure is sealed to minimize undue resonance and coloration, and its high 89 dB sensitivity means its easily driven by just about any amplifier. AudioSource recommends using the speaker with an amplifier or surround receiver producing up to 100 watts per channel (RMS).

AudioSource home theater speaker systems are based on the rugged and elegant LS 300. The matching center channel LS 300/C adds a second woofer and dual porting for a fuller theater sound. The LS 300 set is either on its own as a five piece set, with a matching compact powered subwoofer, or with a 10-inch, 100-watt powered subwoofer. As matched center and satellite speakers, or with powered subwoofers, AudioSource's speaker systems are an affordable, easy way to create your own home theater.
